According to police, the accident occurred around 6:30 p.m. as the truck was driving down Guildfordallee in the direction of Paduaplatz. For reasons still unknown, the truck veered off course and crashed into four parked cars.
The impact was so severe that two of the parked cars were pushed onto the sidewalk, while the truck came to a stop on its side.
Casualties and Damages
Two people who were sitting in one of the parked cars were seriously injured in the accident and had to be taken to a hospital by ambulance.
The extent of their injuries is currently unknown.
All four cars involved in the accident were severely damaged and had to be towed away.
