Fire in Delbrück destroys a residential building

A fire broke out in the attic of a residential building in Delbrück on Thursday morning, July 20, 2023. The fire brigade was alerted at 7:45 a.m. and was able to extinguish the fire after about an hour.

The cause of the fire is still unclear. According to the police, the damage is estimated to be in the six-figure range. The house is currently uninhabitable.

The fire brigade was on duty with 40 emergency services. The Red Cross provided pastoral care to the residents.
