Heino (84) has transferred his villa in Bad Münstereifel to his former manager Jan Mewes (64). The villa is valued at around 1.3 million euros and is completely debt-free. This is reported by the "Bild" newspaper.
The transfer of ownership took place on December 29, 2022, and is said to have been notarized in Cologne. The reasons for the transfer are still unclear. Heino's management has not yet commented on the matter.
Heino bought the villa in 2015 for 700,000 euros. The property has around 250 square meters of living space and is located on a 3,000 square meter plot of land. The villa has six rooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool and a sauna.
Heino and Jan Mewes have been friends for many years. Mewes was Heino's manager for over 20 years. In 2020, however, the two separated. The reasons for the split are unknown.
