Juventus Held to 2-2 Draw by Resurgent Parma

Old Lady's Winless Run Continues as Gialloblu Earns Valuable Point

Juventus' hopes of reclaiming the Serie A title suffered another setback on Sunday as they were held to a frustrating 2-2 draw by a resurgent Parma side at the Allianz Stadium.

The Bianconeri, who have now failed to win in their last three league matches, twice took the lead but were pegged back on both occasions by a determined Parma team.

Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring for Juve in the 23rd minute, but Parma leveled through Andreas Cornelius just before the break.

Paulo Dybala restored Juve's advantage in the 56th minute, but Parma refused to be denied and earned a deserved point thanks to Juraj Kucka's equalizer in the 82nd minute.

The result leaves Juventus third in the Serie A standings, one point behind Inter Milan and two points behind leaders AC Milan.

Parma, meanwhile, moved up to 14th place with their third draw in their last four matches.

Juventus' Winless Run Continues

Juventus' draw with Parma was their third successive match without a win in Serie A.

The Bianconeri have also been held to draws by Hellas Verona and Lazio in their last two league matches.

The winless run has seen Juventus fall behind in the title race, with Inter Milan and AC Milan now both ahead of them in the standings.

Parma's Resurgence Continues

Parma's draw with Juventus was their third positive result in their last four Serie A matches.

The Gialloblu have also beaten Benevento and drawn with Crotone in their recent matches.

Parma's resurgence has seen them move up to 14th place in the Serie A standings, nine points clear of the relegation zone.

Ronaldo Opens the Scoring

Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring for Juventus in the 23rd minute with a typically clinical finish.

The Portuguese forward received a pass from Paulo Dybala on the edge of the box and fired a low shot into the bottom corner.

It was Ronaldo's 19th goal in Serie A this season, and his 12th in his last 11 appearances for Juventus.

Cornelius Levels for Parma

Parma leveled the scores just before the break through Andreas Cornelius.

The Danish striker latched onto a long ball over the top of the Juventus defense and fired a low shot past Wojciech Szczesny.

It was Cornelius' second goal in Serie A this season, and his first since November.

Dybala Restores Juve's Advantage

Paulo Dybala restored Juventus' advantage in the 56th minute with a superb individual goal.
