Defending champion Salzburg starts against Vienna Amateure
The draw for the ÖFB Cup quarter-finals took place on Sunday afternoon. Defending champion FC Red Bull Salzburg starts against Vienna Amateure. The game was drawn by ÖFB President Gerhard Milletich and ÖFB Cup winner Herbert Prohaska.
Linz meets Lustenau
The other three Bundesliga clubs, LASK, Austria Klagenfurt and Wolfsberg, also have to play away. Linz meets Lustenau, Klagenfurt Wiener Neustadt and Wolfsberg Vorwärts Steyr.
Only game with two Bundesliga teams
The only game with two Bundesliga teams is the duel between Rapid and Sturm Graz. As the first division club, only FAC has made it into the quarter-finals.
Dates are fixed
The quarter-finals will be played on April 4th and 5th, the semi-finals on April 18th and 19th. The final will take place on May 1st, 2023 in Klagenfurt.
