Siemens announced its acquisition of Altair Engineering, a leading provider of simulation, high-performance computing (HPC), and artificial intelligence (AI) software and cloud solutions. The combination of Siemens' Digital Industries portfolio and Altair's software solutions will provide customers with a comprehensive suite of tools for product design, engineering, and manufacturing.
