VfB Germania Halberstadt and Hallescher FC have clinched promotion to the 3. Liga after securing the top two spots in the Regionalliga Northeast.
Germania Halberstadt finished the season as champions with 79 points, while Hallescher FC finished second with 76 points.
Both teams will now compete in the DFB-Pokal, the German Cup, next season.
