Moderatorin Angelina Kirsch suffers from facial paralysis and has to cope with reactions

Moderatorin Angelina Kirsch (33) has been suffering from facial paralysis since June 2021. The left side of her face is paralyzed due to an inflammation of the facial nerve. She has to cope with the paralysis and the reactions of others.

In an interview with the "Bild" newspaper, Kirsch said that she has learned to deal with the paralysis. "I don't let it get me down anymore," she said. "I'm just happy that I'm healthy and that I can still do everything."

However, she also has to deal with the reactions of others. "Some people stare at me," she said. "Others ask me what's wrong with me. But I don't let that get to me anymore."

Kirsch said that she is supported by her family and friends. "They give me strength," she said. "And I'm also grateful for the support of my fans."

Kirsch is optimistic about the future. "I'm sure that my face will heal completely," she said. "And until then, I'll just keep smiling."
